Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing all of our People, Talent, and Culture practices. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of working experience. She has worked with senior leaders from different industries to improve the performance of their businesses, particularly during times of high growth. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning employees' engagement, as well as the evolution of management. Awed by leadership her focus is on team building and learning as the key to winning. Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders, and offering coaching that has the results that have been proven. This experience helped create organizational cultures which embraced the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for the good of people as well as teams. Annmarie has felt compelled to share her expertise and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. When she is not working, she also provides support to a number of non-profit organizations. They include participating as a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to assisting women grow as leaders providing education for an organization called the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association within North America with the specific objective of providing networking training and advocacy for specifically health care hospitality establishments and supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending the addiction epidemic within the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction.
