Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actress and writer popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in 1960s. Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first production she acted in during her stage debut. After that, she acted on Broadway in various productions until 1957 when Li'l Abner became famous at the National Theatre. In the year 1957, she made her debut album named It's time to Tina. Louise first made it to Hollywood as Griselda Walden in God's Small Acre a 1957 drama film. This film became a big hit and Louise got the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. When she was an undergraduate in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. In 1964, she signed with CBS and played Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour managed to play between Broadway as well as Hollywood playing a somber, sombre character contrast to her image of the glamorous model.
